SCJFC WHITES 7 V 1 BOUNDARY PARK B
The Whites secured their 2nd league title in a row yesterday with an emphatic win over a tough Boundary Park team.
The boys started brightly with every boy wanting to get the teams 150th goal of the season. This was causing the boys to shoot on sight with no major threat to Boundary. Joe got the 150th goal after 7 minutes and this kick-started the boys into cruise control. Robson adding moments later to ease any worries. Now the boys started to move the...

AFC CLAYTON 2 v 0 SCJFC BLUES By Peter Roberts
The Blues put on a very encouraging display against one of the very best teams in the league. The peformance was was a fitting tribute to the departing coach Stuart Davenport, who has done so much to help the development of the boys at the club and will be sorely missed.

FAILSWORTH DYNAMO'S B 0 V 4 SCJFC WHITES
A great display of commitment today against a tough well organised Failsworth Dynamos. The boys started well and were creating many chances with Failsworth going for the physical approach, though it was Celtic who took the lead from a well taken effort from Declan. The boys continued to add the pressure when a cross was headed into his own net from one of Failsworths players for two nil. Robson wrapped up the first half to make it 0...

SCJFC Blues 3 v 1 Moston Juniors Reds By Peter Roberts
What a difference a week makes! After a below par performance last week, the Blues responded in the best way possible, with a win and a great display against a strong Moston outfit. If the Blues can perform like this over the next few weeks, there is no reason why they can't end the season positively and make an impression in the forthcoming tournaments.
The first half w...

SCJFC WHITES 6 V 1 NORTHSIDE
Another strong performance from the Celts today against a strong Northside. The boys were up for it from the start and had numerous chances, with Oscar's deflected strike putting the boys on their way. Again the play from the Celts was superb. The second goal came from a shot that the keeper saved and the ball stayed on the line. A cheeky dive from Declan nodded the ball over the line for 2-0.
The boys continued to dominate and som...

PRO SPORT STRIKERS 0 V 5 SCJFC WHITES
A magificent game to watch for any neutral saw the Celts test the opposition keeper twice in the first 30 seconds. For the first 5 minutes the boys created at least 10 chances which were either expertly saved or wide of the mark. Declan scored the first halfway through the first half after another great Celtic move. Although the boys completely dominated it stayed 1-0 till half time.
Second half saw the boys score within seconds of the kick off, a ...
