The Blues got revenge on Midway after they defeated them in the first half of the season. The Blues came out strong and dominated play from kick off. Nathan and Cameron started at the back and did not let Midway have any chances. It was Callum Dawson who opened the scoring with a sweet left foot strike after Celtic had kept the pressure on Midway. Once Celtic had scored it did not take long for Lewis to get free and score the second and soon after the third. Celtic went in 3-0 at half time with all players contributing well to a team effort. Midway came back into the game in the second half and made Celtic work hard. Celtic came close to increasing their lead however it was a long range shot that gave Midway a consolation goal late on.
