Through to the Semi Finals of the Primary Cup.....

From 38 teams and now down to the last 4. The Whites started the tie with a close game with Fletcher Moss. The game had very few clear cut chances but as a unit the Whites were strong in every area. Connor Clarke played in every outfield position on the pitch and equally well in each and every position. William Hughes dictated the tempo of the teams play with darting runs cutting through Fletcher Moss as and when required. Callum, Lewis, Tony and Thomas fetched and carried for the benefit of the team with Thomas coming close on a couple of occasions from long range.
Olivia Quinn was an ever present at the back and nothing went past her, not ball nor player.
Cameron made some great saves and distributed the ball like a Pro.

The Blues started the game at a good tempo, peppering the exceptional Fletcher Moss goalkeeper, who made save after save. William Frankish orchestrated the game on behalf of the Blues as wave after wave of attacks were blocked. Lewis McMinn switched to the back with both Michael and Harvey as partners and was a rock in every sense. Michael left Fletcher Moss with no way through leaving their star player floundering for ball. Harvey played both in defence and on the wing and used his strength and battling qualities in equal measure. Joe made excellent use of the ball and came close on a few occasions. Joe is the ultimate team player.
Fletcher Moss scored the opening goal , with a wonder shot on the turn from one of the twins, similar to David Platts world cup goal for those who can remember it against Belgium. This was however there only real attack to mention as Jamie, who played the full game in goals, rushed off his line at any outset of threat, quickly and effectively nullifying it.
Lewis McMin scored from a low corner in, which he side footed between both the goalkeeper and defender. Jack then scored a sweetly struck low drive into the bottom corner leaving the Blues on the up. William then finished the game off, changing from provider to goalscorer. And that was it, we are down to the last 4 and look forward to playing Marple in the Semi Finals.
