STALYBRIDGE CELTIC BLUES ‘6’ – FAILSWORTH VILLA BLUES ‘0’ By Alan Davies

A one sided game that saw Celtic dominate proceedings. It took Celtic nearly 10mins of constant pressure before Callum Dawson’s left foot strike hit the back of the net. In a constant drizzle Celtic still pushed forward to increase there lead but some dogged defending kept the score 1-0 at half time. It was only time before the second came along with Jordan’s hard work paying off with a smart finish. Failsworth were then in trouble at the back with Jordan adding the third before Callum Rawson latched onto a shot across the box to make it 4-0. The last two goals came within a minute again from Callum Rawson picking up his second hatrick in a week. All players again showing good skills with Max, Nathan and Mathew very under used at the back. Man of The Match Callum Dawson
