u10s Whites Win Dukinfield Youth Tournament 2011

The u10s Whites got their pre season off to a great start after defeating Reddish Vulcans "A" in a penalty shootout final today. As last years runners up, today the boys went one better after topping their league in the group stage, then beating Reddish Vulcans B in the semi's on Penalties.

In the final the celts were one up and looking to take the title on merit when Reddish were awarded a controversial penalty with seconds to go which took the final to penalties. The Whites had already lost a final on penalties this year at the Gadbrook cup, but this time the boys were victorious after dominating most of the possession in the close run final...
