This was another warm sunny day and today's match was definitely a game of 2 halves, with Broadway dominating the game in the majority of first half play.  The game got off to a worrying start with the opposition scoring 2 goals within minutes of kick-off with Stalybridge barely getting any possession of the ball.  Things went from bad to worse with Stalybridge conceding an own goal leaving them trailing behind by 3-0.  However, the boys did not give up and the motivation they all needed came with George picking up the ball in midfield, running and drilling a hard, low shot to the right side of the keeper leaving them 3-1 down at half-time.  Stalybridge came back on in fighting spirit and started to dominate the game.  They began to retain their shape and 2 cracking strikes from Rhys resulted in the game ending 3-3.  At the back, Megan and Will kept the defence opposition at bay and Lewis worked hard on the wing.  In the end a draw was a fair result. M.O.M.
