U7's B v West End wasps Sat 27th March

Spring is here at last though it didnt feel like it down at Failsworth today with a strong cold westerly blowing.
On the pitch Celtic got off to a good start with the whole team combining well against a strong West End side. George and Will were strong at the back  and  Rhys, Lewis & Chancely worked hard to try and find the break through but to no avail. HT 0-1.
The second half saw Megan and Daniel come on and to be fair they all kept going to the end but we were caught out mainly by powerful long range looping shots. If it wasn't for a number of good saves from both Kai & Reece it could of been more than 0-5 final score. Well done team for not giving in.  M O T M Rhys
